Industrial & Product Photography: Thermit Industry, Aspropyrgos
I recently spent time at the Thermit Ecology factory in Aspropyrgos, documenting the production of their 100% Greek solar and electric water heaters. Having moved to a massive 7,000 sq.m. facility to keep up with international exports, Thermit is a fantastic example of Greek manufacturing at scale.
This was a multi-faceted shoot designed to give the company a complete visual library for their new website and global marketing efforts.
Documenting the Production Line
My main focus was on the production line photography. I wanted to capture the grit and precision of the factory floor, showing the workers operating the new generation machinery that brings these systems to life. Capturing the "human touch" in an industrial setting like this is vital—it proves the quality and craftsmanship behind the brand.
Corporate Portraits & Staff Headshots
Beyond the machinery, I worked with the Board of Directors and the entire staff to create a series of professional portraits. Whether it’s the leadership team or the people on the assembly line, putting a face to the company helps build trust with clients in Greece and abroad—from Italy to Latin America.
Studio Product Photography
To round out the project, I set up a mobile studio on-site to photograph the finished products on a plain white background. These clean, high-impact images of the solar tanks (ranging from 100lt to 500lt) are essential for their e-commerce and technical catalogs, ensuring that the final product looks as professional as the factory it was built in.
Industrial Photography in Greece
Specializing in factory and manufacturing photography, I enjoy the challenge of working in the industrial zones of Aspropyrgos and Piraeus. My goal is to provide Greek industries with a visual narrative that matches their growth and international ambitions.
