Architectural & Real Estate Photography: Vrilissia Penthouse
I recently documented a modern penthouse in the northern suburb of Vrilissia, designed by interior designer and long-time collaborator Eleana Kapokaki. Working with Eleana is always a seamless process; her presence on-site for art direction ensured that every composition highlighted the intentionality of her design, from the clean interior lines to the expansive outdoor living spaces.
Capturing the Design Vision
Although the apartment was unfurnished, the shoot was far from "standard" real estate photography. We approached it as an architectural study, focusing on the volumes, the natural light, and the materials Eleana selected. Using a documentary-architectural approach, I highlighted how the interior transitions into the massive 6th-floor terrace.

To fully capture the scope of this top-floor residence, I utilized drone photography to showcase the luxury amenities that set this property apart. From the air, the rooftop reveals its true character as a private oasis in the city:
